After a bit more research I rethought my fiber options....

banana's 110cal per serving(1 med ban) 4g fiber
sweet potaoes 103cal per serving(1 med) 4g fiber
asparagus 33cal per serving(5stalks) 3grams fiber
red potatoes 120 cal per serving(1 med) 3g fiberthey had none
plain yogurt contains bifidobacterium
quinoa
Blueberries
